Custom Auger Flighting

Jeffrey Machine specializes in custom auger flighting. We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency we provide for auger flighting, and all flights are custom-made to order. Each order is created according to customer specifications and then test fitted to ensure proper tolerances and dimensions. Flights can be produced in a wide range of sizes and material thicknesses. We also stock multiple grades of material to help meet the needs and lead times of our clients. We work with OEMs for large production runs and will happily form a single custom auger flight to help with repairs.

  • Material thicknesses ranging from 1/8” to 2” Mild Steel, Stainless, Chromium Overlay, & Abrasion Resistant plate
  • Right-Hand & Left-Hand Flights Available
  • Tapered OD, Tapered ID, Ribbon Flights, & Helical Anchors
  • Custom beveling available for weld prep & anchor flights
